The workmanship is neat and professional, with excellent attention to detail. The charger was fully commissioned, integrated with my Fronius solar inverter and smart meter, connected to Wi-Fi, and updated to the latest firmware. Ben took the time to answer all my questions and explain the system. There was a pricing error on an updated quote before the installation, where GST had been applied incorrectly. I contacted Ben, who acknowledged the mistake immediately, apologised, and issued a corrected quote without any hassle. That level of honesty and customer service gave me a lot of confidence in the business. Although the charger was initially delayed due to supplier back orders, Ben kept me informed throughout the process and completed the installation as soon as stock became available.
