The workmanship is neat and professional, with excellent attention to detail. The charger was fully commissioned, integrated with my Fronius solar inverter and smart meter, connected to Wi-Fi, and updated to the latest firmware. Ben took the time to answer all my questions and explain the system. There was a pricing error on an updated quote before the installation, where GST had been applied incorrectly. I contacted Ben, who acknowledged the mistake immediately, apologised, and issued a corrected quote without any hassle. That level of honesty and customer service gave me a lot of confidence in the business.
